Puan Zuraini Binti Mat Zain, the Partner of the Firm graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the International Islamic University, Malaysia in 1999. She read in the Chambers of Mr. C.L. Lim at Messrs Baharuddin & C.K. Lim in Kuala Lumpur. Though she chambered in a conveyancing based law firm, Puan Zuraini seized the opportunity and experienced handling matters arising from both in conveyancing and litigation matters. 

Under the guidance of Mr. C.K. Lim, whom is well known for matrimonial cases, she was taught first handed on how to handle various matrimonial and family matters. Because the firm is a coveyancing based firm, she was also able to learn on he law and applications of conveyancing during her pupillage.  

Upon completion of her pupillage, she was then duly admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya at Melaka on 28th October 2000 and thereafter commenced practice as a Legal Assistant with Messrs Go Tiong Siew & Associates in November 2000. 

Since her commencement of employment with the Firm, she was given a greater opportunity to explore in the area of Commercial and Corporate loans, Project Works as well as litigation matters. In merely 6 months in the Firm, Puan Zuraini was formed as the Partner of the Firm in June 2021. 

In the recent years, she concentrates mainly in the Conveyance of Property, Commercial and Corporate Loan Documentations, Corporate matters such as drafting and vetting of Joint Venture Agreements, Power of Attorney Agreements, Sale and Purchase of Business Agreements and Partnership Agreements. 

In addition, she is specialized in all types of Islamic Loan documentation and has also attended the course on ‘The Shariah Principles & Structuring and Preparing Legal Documentation for Islamic Banking’ organized by Emerge Knowledge Connection Sdn Bhd. 

Puan Zuraini’s valuable input and knowledge is able to lead the Firm to a greater future for both the Firm and Clients.
